动脉粥样硬化是以脂质代谢障碍为病变基础的动脉慢性炎症性疾病。溶血磷脂酰胆碱是氧化型低密度脂蛋白中的主要活性成分,在动脉粥样硬化发生过程中发挥重要的作用。文章综述了溶血磷脂酰胆碱与动脉内膜损伤、血管炎症以及泡沫细胞形成等动脉粥样硬化相关过程中的作用及其机制,为动脉粥样硬化的预防和治疗提供依据。

Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease of arteries caused by lipid metabolism disorder. Lysophosphatidylcholine, the one of the main active components in oxidized low density lipoprotein, plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis. This article reviews the roles and mechanisms of lysophosphatidylcholine in atherosclerosis related processes, such as arterial intimal injury, vascular inflammation and foam cell formation, to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
