分泌型卷曲相关蛋白2(SFRP2)是Wnt信号通路上的一个关键调节分子,在心脏发育过程和心脏病病理学中起着多重调节作用。SFRP2通过双向调节心肌母细胞的扩张和心肌的分化来调节心脏发育,并表现出特殊的时间特异性。在心脏纤维化过程中,sFRP2表现出浓度依赖性,低浓度sFRP2促进心脏纤维化进展,而高浓度的sFRP2抑制心脏纤维化。在病理性心肌肥大改变中,SFRP2对病理性心肌肥大具有保护作用,在血管再生方面,SFRP2可以抑制缺氧引起的内皮细胞凋亡,促进内皮细胞迁移,诱导内皮血管生成,促进血管再生。而在心脏再生治疗方面,sFRP2能够改善人间充质干细(hMSCs)在氧化应激下的生存能力,提高干细胞移植的治疗效果。笔者就sFRP2在心脏发育及心血管疾病病理改变中的作用进行综述。

Secreted frizzled-related protein 2 (sFRP2) is an important molecule in the Wnt signaling pathway, which has multiple regulatory roles in the development of the heart and the pathological process of heart diseases. In the process of heart development, sFRP2 regulates heart development by regulating the expansion of cardiac progenitor cells and myocardial differentiation in a bidirectional manner, and shows temporal and spatial specificity. In the process of cardiac fibrosis, sFRP2 exhibits a concentration-dependent manner. Low concentrations of sFRP2 promote the progression of cardiac fibrosis, while high concentrations of sFRP2 inhibit cardiac fibrosis. In the process of myocardial hypertrophy, sFRP2 can protect the myocardium from pathological hypertrophy. In terms of angiogenesis, sFRP2 can inhibit endothelial cell apoptosis caused by hypoxia, promote endothelial cell migration, induce endothelial angiogenesis, and promote angiogenesis. In terms of cardiac regeneration therapy, sFRP2 can improve the survival ability of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) under oxidative stress and improve the therapeutic effect of stem cell transplantation. The author reviews the multiple roles of sFRP2 in cardiac development and the pathological process of cardiovascular diseases.
