牛蒡子是菊科牛蒡的成熟果实，作为药食同源的植物具有较广泛的药理作用。本文综述了近年的研究，表明牛蒡子在降脂，降压，抗炎，抗氧化，降糖，抗血小板，免疫调节等方面对心血管疾病的预防和治疗有着积极的多靶向作用，为该药的进一步研发提供了理论基础和科学依据。

Burdock is the mature fruit of Arctium fructus in the compositae family. It has a wide range of pharmacological effects as a plant with the same medicine and food.This article reviews recent studies and shows that burdock has a positive multi-targeting effects on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the aspects of lipid-lowering, hypotensive, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, hypoglycemic, anti-platelet, and immune regulation. These provide a theoretical basis and scientific evidence for the further research and development of the drug.
