子宫内膜异位症及其手术治疗可能会导致患者卵巢储备功能下降、生育能力丧失，对于有生育要求的患者，如何保护其生育力，提高其妊娠机率，是妇产科及辅助生殖医生面临的问题。子宫内膜异位症引发不孕的机制复杂，保护患者生育力涉及到早诊断、药物治疗、手术治疗、及时应用辅助生殖技术等多方面内容。本文就子宫内膜异位症患者生育力的保存现状进行综述。

Endometriosis and its surgical treatment may lead to the decline of ovarian reserve function and the loss of fertility. For patients with fertility requirements, how to protect their fertility and improve their pregnancy rate is a problem faced by obstetricians and assisted reproductive doctors. The mechanism of infertility caused by endometriosis is complex. The protection of fertility involves early diagnosis, drug treatment, surgical treatment, timely application of assisted reproductive technology and other aspects. This article reviews the current situation of fertility preservation in patients with endometriosis.
