目的 分析阿戈美拉汀对抑郁合并高血压患者负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2017年9月至2019年8月于河北省第六人民医院就诊的86例同时合并高血压的抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为帕罗西汀合并阿戈美拉汀治疗组(研究组)和帕罗西汀单药治疗组(对照组),每组分别43例。两组患者均在原有高血压治疗基础上接受盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,研究组患者加用阿戈美拉汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗8周后血压、负性情绪和睡眠质量变化,评价两组患者治疗效果与安全性。结果 治疗8周后,两组患者24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、24 h脉压、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17和抑郁自评量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表各项目评分均显著低于本组治疗前(均^P ＜ 0.05),且研究组患者以上指标均显著低于对照组(^P ＜ 0.05),且研究组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(^P ＜ 0.05)。结论 阿戈美拉汀能够改善抑郁合并高血压患者的血压控制效果,缓解其负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,且安全性良好。

【 】 ^Objective To analyze the effect of agomelatine on negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with depression and hypertension. ^Method A total of 86 patients with depression and hypertension who were treated in the Sixth People"s Hospital of Hebei Province from September 2017 to Augst 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random drawing, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in both groups received paroxetine hydrochloride treatment on the basis of the original hypertension treatment, and patients in study group were treated combined with agomelatine. The changes of blood pressure, negative emotion and sleep quality of the two groups of patients before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were compared, and the treatment e?ect and safety of the two groups of patients were evaluated. ^Result After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of 24 h mean systolic blood pressure, 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure, 24 h pulse pressure, Hamilton depression rating scale-17(HAMD-17), self-rating depression scale(SDS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale scores in the two groups were all signi?cantly lower than those before treatment (all ^P ＜ 0.05), and the levels of the above indexes of patients in study group were signi?cantly lower than those in control group (all ^P ＜ 0.05), the total e?ective rate was signi?cantly higher than that of control group (^P ＜ 0.05). ^Conclusion Agomelatin can improve the blood pressure control e?ect, relieve the negative emotion, improve the sleep quality of patients with depression and hypertension, and the safety is good.
