[摘要]
目的为克服普通检查内镜,体积大、视野模糊、对比度低,检出率低、漏诊率高等缺点,研制基于LED智能分光比色技术的直肠-肛管黏膜病灶组织检查内镜。方法将LED智能分光比色技术与检查直肠-肛管黏膜病灶组织的电子内镜技术相结合,用于检查直肠-肛管黏膜病灶组织的电子内镜。黏膜图像通过光谱估计芯片处理,观察黏膜形态变化,更加精准地诊断直肠-肛管黏膜组织病灶及早期肿瘤性病变,提高疾病的诊断准确率和灵敏度。结果直肠肛门黏膜病灶组织检查内镜,使用LED光源,体积小,便携性高,直肠-肛管黏膜呈像对比度高,为肛肠病灶的识别及肿瘤良恶性的诊治提供新技术。

Objective In order to overcome the shortcomings of general endoscopy, such as large volume, blurred visual field, low contrast, low detection rate and high missed diagnosis rate, the endoscopy of rectal and anal mucosal lesion tissue examination based on LED intelligent spectrophotometry was developed. Methods The LED intelligent spectrophotometry technique was combined with the electronic endoscopy technique to examine the rectal and anal mucosal lesion tissue, which was used to examine the rectal and anal mucosal lesion tissue. Including image acquisition, image processing, image reconstruction, image display. The image reconstruction section is used to display the recto-anal mucosal image taken by the reconstruction image acquisition section. The image acquisition section includes wavelength acquisition module, registration module and wavelength analysis module. The mucosal image can be processed by spectral estimation chip to observe the changes of mucosal surface structure, capillary morphology and mucosal fine concavity and convexity, so as to diagnose recto-anal mucosal lesions and early neoplastic lesions more accurately and improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of the disease. Results The LED light source was used to examine the rectal and anal mucosal lesions by endoscopy, which was small in size, high in portability and high in image contrast.
