前列腺癌（prostate cancer，pCa）是老年男性比较常见的恶性肿瘤，严重影响患者的生存寿命，而且近年来pCa的发病率有上升的趋势【1】。前列腺的检查方法主要有以下几种：直肠指检，血清学特异性抗原测定，MRI，超声以及穿刺活检等，本文主要针对影像学检查方法在pCa诊断中的研究应用进行讨论。

Prostate cancer (prostate cancer, pCa) is a relatively common malignant tumor in elderly men, which seriously affects the survival life of patients, and the incidence of prostate cancer has increased in recent years [1]. There are several methods to check prostate cancer：digital rectal examination，serological specific antigen determination，MRI，ultrasound examination and biopsy ,etc.In this article ，the application of imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is reviewed.
