目的 探讨基于加速康复外科(FTS)理念护理干预在腹腔镜胆道探查取石术后老年患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2019年6月～2021年8月92例腹腔镜胆道探查取石老年患者进行研究,按入院顺序分组,各46例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于FTS理念的护理干预。对比2组患者术后康复效果、并发症发生率、疼痛程度、家属服务质量评价。结果 观察组引流管放置时间、术后进食时间、住院时间、下床活动时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组并发症发生率4.35%(2/46)低于对照组21.74%(10/46)(P＜0.05)；术后第3d观察组疼痛程度低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组反应性、保证性、可靠性、有形性、移情性评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 基于FTS理念的护理干预有良好护理效果,可促进腹腔镜胆道探查取石老年患者术后快速康复,减少并发症,缓解疼痛程度,提升家属对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (FTS) in elderly patients after laparoscopic biliary exploration and lithotripsy. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with laparoscopic biliary tract exploration and stone removal from June 2019 to August 2021 in our hospital were selected for research, and they were divided into groups according to the order of admission, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the concept of FTS. The postoperative rehabilitation effect, complication rate, pain degree, and family service quality evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results The drainage tube placement time, postoperative eating time, hospital stay, and getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.35% (2/46) lower than that in the control group, 21.74% (10/46) (P<0.05); On the 3rd day after operation, the pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of reactivity, assurance, reliability, tangibility and empathy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the concept of FTS has a good nursing effect, which can promote the rapid postoperative recovery of elderly patients with laparoscopic biliary exploration and stone extraction, reduce complications, relieve pain, and improve family members" satisfaction with nursing services.
