目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合十二味蒲公英糖浆对妇科术后胃肠功能的疗效。方法:将50例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予耳穴压豆治疗,观察组联合十二味蒲公英糖浆治疗。比较两组患者术后胃肠症状的发生率、首次肠鸣音、排气和排便时间、胃泌素的变化。结果:治疗后观察组胃肠症状的发生率显著低于对照组,首次肠鸣音和排气时间显著小于对照组,胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、Ⅱ和胃泌素17水平均显著高于对照组。结论:耳穴压豆联合十二味蒲公英糖浆治疗妇科术后患者能促进胃肠功能的改善,推测可能与调节胃肠激素水平有关。

Objective To explore the efficacy of ear acupoint pressing beans Twelve dandelion syrup on gastrointestinal function after gynecological operation. Methods The observation group was treated with ear point pressing bean combined with twelve dandelion syrup after operation. To compare the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms after operation between the two groups. First bowel sounds, ventilation and bowel time were also compared. Results The levels of pepsin I, II and gastrin 17 in the group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment. Conclusions Ear acupoint pressing beans combined with twelve dandelion syrup can effectively reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse symptoms and promote the improvement of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological operation, which may be related to the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone.
