目的: 探讨微种植体支抗压低上颌伸长磨牙的临床效果。方法: 选择30 例因下颌磨牙早失导致上
颌磨牙伸长的病例，其中男性17 例，女性13 例。于伸长磨牙颊舌侧分别植入1 枚微种植体支抗，共计80 枚，即
刻负载进行压低。对治疗前后变化结果进行统计分析，并观察临床效果。结果: 40 颗伸长磨牙均有效压低，平
均压低3．75±1．41mm，压低时间平均为6．7±0．3mo，临床效果良好。结论: 微种植体支抗压低伸长磨牙临床效果显
著，在临床中具有极高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of miniscrew implants to intrusion of the extruded
maxillary molars．Methods:30 patients were selected with extruded maxillary molars due to loss
of lower molars，including 17 males and 13 females．80 miniscrew implants were used totally．One miniscrew
implanted on each side of buccal and lingual of every extruded maxillary molar respectively，and
loaded immediately．The height of extruded the molars was measured before and after intrusion，and the
clinical change was observed．Ｒesults:40 extruded molars were intruded effectively，(3．75±1．41mm)．
The average period of the intrusion was 6．7±0．3mo，and the clinical effect was satisfactory．Conclusion:
The intrusion of the extruded molar by using miniscrew implants has a significantly clinical effect and
deserves to be applied in clinic．
