小核仁ＲNA( Small nucleolar ＲNA，snoＲNA) 是真核细胞核仁中的小分子非编码ＲNA，链长60 ～ 300
个核苷酸。它们作为引导ＲNAs 参与细胞质中rＲNA 和其它ＲNA 转录后的加工过程，如假尿苷化和2’－甲基化
等。最近的研究表明，其在人类肿瘤中同样发挥着重要作用。本文就snoＲNA 和它的宿主基因在癌症中的最新
进展做一综述。

[Abstract]
Small nucleolar ＲNAs( snoＲNAs) are a massive group of noncoding ＲNAs( ncＲNAs) 60
to 300 nucleotides in length in eukaryotic nucleolar．They function as guide ＲNAs in the post－transcriptional
synthesis of 2－O－methylated nucleotides and pseudouridines in rＲNAs and other cellular ＲNAs．
Ｒecently，accumulating research has demonstrated that dysregulated snoＲNAs may play a role in human
malignancies．The aim of this study is to review the latest research progress of small nucleolar ＲNA and
its host genes in malignancies．
