音乐治疗作为精神分裂症治疗的辅助手段之一，通过影响神经、免疫、内分泌系统的功能，可以改善
精神分裂症病人的精神病理症状。已有研究表明由细胞因子介导的免疫应答异常与精神病理症状具有相关性。
本文通过综述音乐治疗改善精神分裂症病理症状的研究及免疫异常在精神分裂症发病机制中的作用，为寻找评
估音乐治疗疗效的客观免疫生物指标并为指导音乐治疗在临床上的广泛应用提供理论依据。

As a supplementary therapy method，music therapy can improve psychiatric symptoms of
patients with schizophrenia through influencing the function of nervous， immune and endocrine systems．
It has been suggested that immune response abnormality induced by cytokines is related to psychiatric
symptoms．In present study，we reviewed studies on music therapy on schizophrenia，and abnormal immunity
in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia．Through it，we hope to lay a foundation for looking for an
objective immune biomarker to assess the curative effect of music therapy and for its wide clinical application
in schizophrenia．
