目的: 分析腹腔镜下右半结肠癌切除术的效果及应用价值。方法: 回顾对比分析内蒙古自治区人民
医院胃肠外科2014－07～ 2016－12 期间行手术治疗的右半结肠癌病人51 例，其中腹腔镜下行右半结肠癌根治术
26 例，开腹右半结肠癌根治术25 例，观察两组手术时间、术中出血量，术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、淋巴结
清扫数，并发症等指标。结果: 腹腔镜组手术时间122．7±12．4min 长于开腹组114．6±10．4min，术后肛门排气时间
46．8±5．0h 小于开腹组的60．3±5．8h，术后住院时间8．0±0．96d 短于开腹组的11．0±0．87d，两组病人比较差异均有
统计学意义( P＜0．05) 。术中出血腹腔镜组为87．3±22．9mL，开腹组为86．6±18．2mL、腔镜组清除淋巴结数17．9±
3．9枚，开腹组清除淋巴结数18．4±3．0枚，无统计学意义( P＞0．05) 。结论: 腹腔镜下右半结肠癌切除术是一种安
全有效的手术方法，具有住院时间短、肠道功能恢复快、创伤小的优点，在临床中值得广泛应用。

[Abstract]
Objective: The effect and application value of right colon cancer resection under Laparoscopy．
Methods: A retrospective analysis of gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from July 2014 to
December 2016 period of surgical treatment of right colon cancer patients in 51 cases，26 patients underwent
laparoscopic radical right colon cancer radical surgery and 25 patients underwent open radical
operation of right colon cancer．Observed the two groups of operation time， intraoperative blood loss，
Postoperative anal exhaust time，postoperative hospital stay， lymph node dissection，complications and
other indicators．Ｒesults: Laparoscopic operation time 122．7 ± 12．4min was longer than that in open
group 114．6±10．4min，Postoperative anal exhaust time 46．8±5．0hours less than the open group 60．3±
5．8hours，The postoperative hospital stay 8．0±0．96days was shorter than that in the open group 11．0±
0．87days，There were significant differences between the two groups P＜0．05．87．3±22．9mL in the lapa-
roscopic group and 86．6 ± 18．2mLin the laparotomy group 17．9 ± 3．9 lymph nodes in the laparoscopic
group and 18．4 ± 3．0 lymph nodes in the laparotomy group P ＞ 0．05． Conclusion: Laparoscopic right
colon cancer resection is a safe and effective surgical method，which has the advantages of short hospitalization
time，quick recovery of intestinal function and less trauma．It is worthy to be widely used in
clinical practice．
