[摘要]
目前，局部进展期直肠癌标准治疗方式为新辅助放化疗联合全直肠系膜切除手术。因新辅助治疗
后肿瘤退缩、降期、甚至消失，随后的治疗方式是目前研究的热点。现国内外采用的方案主要为三种，分别为观
察和等待、局部切除术、根治性切除术。本文对目前国内外局部进展期直肠癌新辅助放化疗后外科治疗进展进
行综述。

[Abstract]
At present， locally advanced rectal cancer( LAＲC) of the standard treatment for neoadjuvant
chemoradiotherapy( nCＲT) underwent total mesorectal excision surgery ( TME) ． For the nCＲT
treated tumors regression，downstage，or even disapper， the subsequent treatment is the focus of current
research．By now the scheme includes three kinds， respectively Wait and Watch， local excision， radical
resection．This article reviews the progress in surgical treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer after
neoadjuvant chemoradiation，at home and abroad．
