目的: 探讨磷酸铝凝胶灌肠在治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎( ulcerative colitis，UC) 的疗效。方法: 选择
2013－01～ 2016－09 在内蒙古医科大学门诊就诊的活动期轻、中度左半结肠溃疡性结肠炎病人50 例，分为磷酸铝
凝胶组与对照组，每组25 例。磷酸铝凝胶组用磷酸铝凝胶灌肠联合常规药物治疗，对照组予常规药物治疗，疗
程4wk，比较两组疗效及治疗前后疾病活动度( Mayo 评分) 。结果: 治疗组总有效率为96．0%( 24 /25) ，对照组为
76．0%( 19 /25) ，与对照组比较，治疗组总有效率高，差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ，治疗前两组Mayo 评分差异无
统计学意义( P＞0．05) ，治疗后两组Mayo 评分比治疗前下降( P＜0．05) ，且磷酸铝凝胶组下降程度大于对照组( P

药物治疗的基础上，磷酸铝凝胶灌肠辅助治疗效果优于常规药物治疗。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Aluminium Phosphate Gel enema for the treatment
of ulcerative colitis( UC) ．Methods: Fifty patients with mild and moderate left colonic ulcerative
colitis were enrolled in the outpatient department of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January
2013 to September 2016．They were divided into two groups: aluminum phosphate gel group and control
group．Aluminum phosphate gel group was treated with aluminum phosphate gel enema combined with
conventional drugs． The control group was treated with conventional drugs for 4 weeks． The curative
effect of the two groups was compared with that of the control group( Mayo score) ．Results: The total effective
rate was 96．0%( 24 /25) in the treatment group and 76．0%( 19 /25) in the control group．Compared
with the control group， the total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group( P＜
0．05) ， there was no significant difference between the two groups( P＞0．05) ．The Mayo score of the two
groups was significantly lower than that of the control group( P＜0．05) ，and the treatment group was significantly
higher than the control group( P＜0．05) ， the score of Mayo was significantly lower than that of
the control group( P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: For active ulcerative colitis patients，based on conventional
drug therapy，aluminum phosphate gel enema treatment is superior to conventional drug therapy．
