目的: 探讨内蒙古呼和浩特地区非小细胞肺癌表皮生长因子受体( epidermal growth factor receptor，
EGFR) 基因突变的情况，并分析其与临床特性的相关性。方法: 回顾性收集了我院135 例非小细胞肺癌病人
EGFR 基因检测的结果。同时我们也统计了所有病人的性别、年龄、吸烟情况、组织学类型、民族、标本类型等临
床资料，并探讨它们之间的相关性。结果: 在135 例NSCLC 病人中，44 例EGFR 有突变( 32．59%) ，其中18、19、
20、21 外显子突变分别为2 例( 1．48%) 、21 例( 15．56%) 、3 例( 2．22%) 、16 例( 11．85%) ，还有2 例双突变
( 1．48%) 。本研究中EGFR 基因突变与性别、年龄、吸烟史、组织类型相关( P＜0．05) ，有统计学差异。其中女性
病人突变率高于男性病人( 50．8%vs 11．1%，P＜0．01) ，＜60 岁病人突变率高于≧ 60 岁病人( 54．0%vs 22．0%，P＜
0．01) ，不吸烟病人突变率高于吸烟病人( 54．3%vs 9．2%，P＜0．01) ，腺癌病人突变率高于非腺癌病人( 38．5%vs
7．7%，P＜0．05) 。未发现EGFR 基因突变率与民族及标本来源相关性。结论: 呼和浩特地区NSCLC 中EGFR 基
因突变率符合亚裔地区平均突变水平，在女性、非吸烟、腺癌及＜60 岁病人中更常见( P＜0．05) ，与民族及标本来
源不相关。

Objective: To explore the mutation rates of epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR)
genes and analyze their correlation with clinical features in Non－Small Cell Lung Cancer( NSCLC) ．
Methods: We collected 135 cases of non－small cell lung cancer patients with EGFR genetic testing of
Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital from for two years．We also collected clinical data of patients’ gender，
age， smoking status，histological type and so on，and investigate the correlation between of them．
Results: In the 135 patients， there is mutation of EGFR in 44 patients( 32．59%) ， the mutation of exon
of 18，19， 20， 21 are respectively 2( 1．48%) ，21( 15．56%) ，3( 2．22%) ，16( 11．85%) ，and 2( 1．48%)
with mutation at two sites．In this research， there are significant correlation( P＜0．01) between the muta-
tion of EGFR and gender，age， smoking history and histological types．Compared with male，non－adenocarcinoma，
smoking，elder( ≧ 60) ， female，adenocarcinoma，no－smoking and age＜60 have high probability
of mutation ( 50．8% vs 11．1%，P ＜ 0．01) ，( 33．1% vs 0．00%，P ＜ 0．01) ，( 54．3% vs 9．2%) ，
( 54．0%vs 22．0%，P＜0．01) ． EGFR mutations was not associated with nations and type of sample( P＞
0．05) ．Conclusion: We found that the EGFR gene mutations in NSCLCwas similar to the average of
people of Asia．It was more common in patients of female，no－smoking，adenocarcinoma，age＜60，EGFR
mutation was not associated with nation and the type of sample．
