目的: 建立高效液相法测定复方舒霜中醋酸曲安奈德的含量方法。方法: 采用资生堂CAPCELL
PAK C18 色谱柱; 以甲醇－水( 70: 30) 为流动相; 流速1．0mL/min; 柱温: 25℃; 检测波长: 240nm，等度洗脱。结果:
醋酸曲安奈德的线性范围为10～ 50μg /mL( r = 0．9991，n = 5) ，平均回收率为101．3%，RSD 为0．9%。结论: 该方法
可用于复方舒霜中醋酸曲安奈德的含量测定; 舒霜不同批次间含醋酸曲安奈德量不存在较大差异。

[Abstract]
Objective: To establish a method for determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in
compound Shushuang．by HPLC．Methods: The analysis was performed on a Shiseido－CAPCELL PAK
C 18 colum; The mobile phase was methanods － water ( 70: 30) at a flow rate of 1．0 mL /min; The
detective wave was 290nm and the colummn temperature was25℃．Results: The Liner range of triamcinolone
acetonide acetate was10 ～ 50μg /mL( r = 0．9991，n = 5) ，with average recovery of 101．3%and
RSD were 0．9%．Conclusion:The method can be used the quality control of triamcinolone acetonide in
compound Shushuang．There is significant different among the content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate
in compound Shushuang．
