目的: 研究不同黏液促排剂在慢性鼻窦炎围手术期治疗中的临床疗效观察。方法: 68 例接受功能
性鼻内窥镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎病人分为实验组34 人、对照组34 人，两组病人均接受同一医师的鼻内镜手
术治疗及手术后鼻腔处理，实验组病人术前1wk 实验组开始口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊，持续至术后4wk，而对照组
病人术前1wk 给予氨溴索片口服，持续至术后4wk。分别于术前、术后第4、8、12wk 对病人症状和黏膜愈合情况
进行评估及观察统计。结果: 实验组病人术后慢性鼻窦炎症状的改善及黏膜愈合均优于对照组( P ＜ 0． 05) 。围
手术期桉柠蒎的使用能够促进分泌物的排出，提高手术疗效，以及促进鼻腔鼻窦黏膜的愈合。结论: 在慢性鼻窦
炎围手术期的治疗中，桉柠蒎能明显改善鼻部症状，缩短病程，提高疗效，为慢性鼻窦炎手术的治疗提供新的辅
助手段。

Objective: To investigate the auxiliary clinic effect of mucoalytics in the functional endoscopy
during the perioperative period． Methods: A total of 68 patients with chronic nasosinusitis who
had received functional endoscopy treatment were divided into experimental group( n = 34) and control
group( n = 34) ． Patients in both groups received the same treatment by surgery and routine disposal after
operation． Patients in the experimental group were treated with the Eucalyptol，Limonene and Pinene
Enteric Soft capsules for 1 week before the operation until 4 weeks after the operation． Patients in the
control group were treated with the Ambroxol Hydrochloride Tablets for 1 w before the operation until 4
weeks after the operation． The observation and statistics of patients were done respectively before the
operation and 4 th，8 th，12th week after the operation． Results: The recovered condition of nasal mucosa，
the improvement of the symptoms of the experimental group after the operation were better than the
control group( P ＜ 0． 05) ． Using Eucalyptol，Limonene and Pinene could improve the effect of sur
gery and accelerate the healing． Conclusion: In the functional endoscopy during the perioperative
period，Eucalyptol，Limonene and Pinene can significantly improve the symptom of nose and shorten
the course of disease，also improve the curative effect． It provides a new auxiliary means for
chronic nasosinusitis．
