[摘要]
目的: 应用超声造影评价脑梗死病人颈动脉斑块内新生血管。方法: 选取我院神经内科临床诊断颈
动脉斑块住院病人,脑梗死组共计32 例,平均年龄56. 7 ± 13. 4岁; 非脑梗死组,共计18 例,年龄53. 8 ± 10. 9岁。
超声检查斑块性质及斑块超声造影强度。结果: 脑梗死组1 级、2 级、3 级、4 级斑块增强率与非脑梗死组比较有
差异( P < 0. 05) ; 脑梗死组病人斑块EI 与非脑梗死组病人相比显著升高( P < 0. 05) ,造影剂到达时间差( DAT) 、
达峰时间差( DTTP) 与非脑梗死相比均缩短( P < 0. 05) 。结论: 超声造影技术可显示颈动脉斑块内新生血管与
斑块增强强度( EI) 。

[Abstract]
Objective: To evaluate the ultrasonic imaging to Carotid artery in cerebral infarction patients
plaque neovascularization. Methods: Selected our hospital neurology clinical diagnosis of carotid
atherosclerotic plaques in hospital patients. Group a total of 32 cases of cerebral infarction,average age
56. 7 ± 13. 4; The Non cerebral infarction group,a total of 18 cases,age 53. 8 ± 10. 9. Ultrasound
plaque and plaque contrast - enhanced ultrasound intensity. Results: Cerebral infarction group level 1、
level 2、level 3 and level 4 patches Enhanced strength grading compared with the Non cerebral infarction
had difference( P < 0. 05) ,The enchanced intensity( EI) of Cerebral infarction was significantly
higher than that of Non cerebral infarction group( P < 0. 05) ,The difference of arrival time( DAT) and
the difference of time to peak( DTTP) were significantly shorter than those in Non cerebral infarction
group( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Contrast enhanced ultrasound can display the carotid plaque neovascularization
and plaque enhanced strength( EI) .
