目的: 评估完全液体通气联合体外无泵膜肺氧合应用在心脏体外循环术后重症肺损伤的动物模型
效果。方法: 本实验以小型实验猪为实验对象,建立肺损伤动物模型,分别和联合应用完全液体通气与体外无泵
膜肺氧合技术,通检测血流动力学和肺功能指标。结果: 完全液体通气组能改善供氧,降低肺组织促炎细胞因子
的表达,但在CO2排放方面能力有限; ECMO 氧合作用明显低于CO2排除,而二者联合后动物的血流动力学稳
定,呼吸动力学与肺换气功能得以有效地改善。结论: 完全液体通气与体外无泵膜肺氧合联合应用可使肺损伤
动物模型呼吸动力学和肺功能得以有效地改善。

[Abstract]
Objective: To detect liquid ventilation combination of pumpless exteacorpoeal membrance
oxygenation( ECMO) after respiratory distress syndrome in piglets. Methods: 20 health piglets
were randomly divided into four group. normal group, total liquid ventilation group,ECMO group and
both method group. Blood gas,hemodynamics index, lung function index and plasma levels of IL-8, IL-
10 were evaluated. Results: There were significant differences in the cardiac output, lung function, inflammatory
cytokine and anti-inflammatory cytokine in four groups. The level of CO2 was lower in total
liquid ventilation group. The level of O2 was lower in ECMO group. Conclusion: Total liquid ventilation
combination of ECMO can increase cardiac output,improving lung function,increasing anti -
inflammatory cytokine and decreasing inflammatory cytokine.
