结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growthfactor,CTGF)是即刻早期基因CCN家族成员。 CTGF在 人类多种组织器官中广泛表达,即发育与分化、雌性生殖系统、血管生成、伤口修复、纤维变性病变、炎性病变、肿 瘤的发生发展、骨的形成与修复等多种生物学过程中起重要的作用。 在机体内几乎全部类型的成纤维细胞中诱 导CTGF表达的主要因子为TGF-茁。 TGF-茁可通过多种信号途径诱导CTGF表达,主要有4种途径,其中最重 要的是Smad介导的TGF-茁 1 途径。 CTGF的生物学功能与作用机制非常复杂,本文将对CTGF的基本结构、表 达调控、影响因素以及生物学功能研究进展进行综述,为CTGF全面解析奠定基础。

CTGF is widely expressed in many human tissues and organs,the development and differentiation,thefemalereproductivesystem,angiogenesis,woundrepair,fibrosis lesions,inflammatory lesions,tumor development,bone formation and repair,its play an important role in a variety of biological processes. Induces the expression of CTGF in the machine body for almost all types of fibroblasts mainfactor is TGF-茁. TGF-茁induced CTGFexpression through a variety of signaling pathways,mainlythereare four kinds of ways,the most important of whichis the Smads of TGF-茁1 mediatedpathway. CTGFbiological functionandmechanismof actionis verycomplex,inthis paper,the basic structure of CTGF,expression and regulation,influencing factors and biological function of progress werereviewed,andlaythefoundationfor acomprehensiveanalysis of CTGF.
