[摘要]
目的:建立蒙药齿缘草中槲皮素和山奈素含量的测定方法。 方法:采用高效液相色谱法。 色谱柱以 十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相为甲醇~0.4%磷酸溶液(45颐 55);检测波长为368nm;流速为1.0mL/ min. 结果:槲皮素在31.4~314 ng 范围内有良好的线性关系(r =0.9997),平均回收率为96.96%,(RSD= 1.54%);山奈素在30~300ng范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.92%(RSD=1.91%)。 结论:该方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为齿缘草中槲皮素和山奈素含量的测定方法。
