目的:本实验通过对骨骺损伤后骺板软骨局部胰岛素样生长因子-域(Insulin-like GrowthFactor-域,IGF-域)表达情况进行观测,探讨骨骺损伤后骺板软骨的生长发育及IGF-域局部动态表达变化,深化对骨骺 损伤病理变化的认识,并为指导临床诊断和治疗提供新思路。 方法:采用雄性幼年健康中国大白兔40只,60d 龄,平均体重(1.000依0.200)Kg,左后肢胫骨近端骨骺施行手术制成Salter-Harris玉型骨骺损伤模型做为实验 侧,右后肢做为对照侧,随机于术后1W,2W,4W,6W,10W时分5批(组),每批(组)8只气体栓塞法处死,切 取对照侧和实验侧骺板非穿针区组织标本并固定后行局部IGF-域动态表达情况并进行组间对比。 结果:局部 IGF-域动态表达情况显示:实验组骺板软骨的增殖层和肥大层在损伤后1~10周均呈较强的阳性表达,其中2 ~6周时为表达高峰,而对照组始终为散在的弱阳性表达,两组间光密度值的差异在1~6周时P<0.01,有统计 学意义。 结论:IGF-域在骺板软骨的修复过程中可能发挥着重要的调控作用。

We hadoperations onthe shine bones proximal osteoepiphysis of left posterior legtomakeSalter-Harris I typeepiphseal injureas experimental group,right posterior leg as comparinggroup,dividedthe40rabbits intofivegroups,8agroup,executedthemwithembolization 1w、2w、4w、6w、10wlater,incisedtissuesampleof comparinggroupandexperimental group,IGF-IIexpression state and generate group comparison. Results:Regional IGF-II dynamic expression conditionreveal that:theepiphyseal plateandhyperplasyplatecartilagecell of experimental groupwere bothinhyperplasyvigorouslyconditionafter injuredfor 1~10weeks,andreachedthe peakin2~6 weeks,whilethe comparisongroups were still inweakly positive expression. The difference of optical densities betweenthetwogroups hadstatistical significance,P<0. 01. Conclusion:IGF-II coundplaya important regulationcontributionintherepairingof epiphyseal platecartilage.
